A PM handling construction has to handle the following on his able shoulders: Contract administration, safety issues, project management, time and cost management, planning and quality control. They also have to define the accountability of management structure of the team, implementing project controls, deploying roles and responsibilities, developing communication protocols, sorting out project design and construction. He also handle dispute and title claims if any. One can take a proper certification course to get a good job. With proper knowledge and advice the construction project manager is able to coordinate with the designer, builder, architect and engineer.
